- Preheat the oven to 180ºC and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Melt the vegan butter over a low heat.
- Chop the white chocolate.
- With the Dualit Hand Mixer, add the no egg replacers (or eggs), sugar and vanilla, whisk for around 5 minutes until very thick.
- Add the butter into the sugar mixture then the flour and baking powder.
- Gently fold in the chopped white chocolate and raspberries.
- Pour the mixture into the lined tin and sprinkle with the extra raspberries.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
- Leave to cool in the tin then lift out when cool.
- Drizzle with the melted chocolate to decorate then leave to set.
- Cut into squares and enjoy.
