Shopping List

• 1 stick of celery
• 1 bulb of fennel
• 50g/Large handful of watercress or pea shoots
• 1/4 cucumber
• 2.5cm/1 inch piece of fresh ginger
• 1 apple

Method

1. Feed all the ingredients into the juicer in the order shown above
2. Pour into a glass and stir well before serving. Drink at once.
