The ultimate treat for yourself. If you wish to make more than one serving, take care to cool the liquid before operating the blender.
100ml (3 fl oz) double cream
100ml (3 fl oz) milk
a square from a bar of dark chocolate
1 tsp Nutella or one chocolate praline
2 tsp cocoa
1 tsp sugar
Heat the cream with the milk, chocolate and Nutella in a small pan or microwave, until the chocolate and Nutella is completely melted.
Place the cocoa and sugar in the blender. Pour in the hot liquid, and whizz on Speed 1 for a few seconds, until the hot chocolate is frothy.
