Roasted Pepper Pasta and Pizza base Sauce.
1.Roughly Chop Onion, Peppers, Tomatoes, Chillis, Garlic into
chunky size pieces.
2. Place all chopped ingredients on greaseproof parchment on a
flat baking tray, and drizzle thke Olive oil and Honey, Salt and
Pepper, and place in the oven on 180/160fan for 40 minutes,
Covering half way through with foil.
3. When the Roasted Vegetables have cooled, transfer to a
blender, Add the Chopped Tomatoes and a Tablespoon of Water and
Blend until the desired consisteny is required. A little more water
can be added for a looser consistency, especially for Pasta.
whereas Pizza base is a little thicker.
Great for freezing in portions, and stirring into Pasta once
defrosted and warmed.
