- Make the Marie Rose Sauce: Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce (or Horseradish) and salt and pepper (to taste) to the mayonnaise and mix until well combined using the Dualit 700W Hand Blender and whisk attachment. Set this aside.
- Rinse the cooked prawns and place in a bowl. Squeeze in the juice of one lemon and toss to ensure all the prawns have been coated evenly with the juice.
- Finely slice the avocado and share between the serving dishes, lining one side of the glass.
- If you're using iceberg lettuce, use a knife to finely shred the leaves before placing into the bottom of your serving dishes. If you're using a litte gem lettuce, place one or two of the whole leaves in the bottom of your serving dishes.
- Spoon equal amounts of the prawns into each serving dish, taking care to place them in the centre of the lettuce.
- Spoon equal amounts of the Marie Rose Sauce over the prawns and top with a few drops of tabasco.

Tips...
-
Please ensure that, if you're using frozen prawns, that they have been fully defrosted beforehand. Always check product labels for the cooking and defrosting guidelines.
-
Natural yoghurt or Crème Fraiche can be a substitute for mayonnaise.
-
For a spicy twist, use a spicy ketchup and chilli flakes in your Marie Rose sauce!
