Salmon Pâté

Make a creamy salmon pâté with this easy to follow recipe. It tastes great with fresh bread or crackers.

This pâté makes a good starter for a dinner party or as a canape topping. Use the Dualit Hand Blender to whizz up in minutes.


  • 1 spring onion
  • 1/2 squeezed lime
  • Handful of baby spinach
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/4 red chilli
  • 2 tsp sugar or honey
  • 1 tbsp creme fraiche or cream
  • Cooked smoked salmon


  1. Finely chop the spring onion, chilli and garlic in the Hand Blender chopper bowl.
  2. Add the sugar/honey, lime and baby spinach.
  3. Gently blend in the salmon and creme fraiche/cream.

Tip: For a salmon mouse blend the mixture until it is a smooth paste
