- Using the Dualit Hand Blender, add all the ingredients to the large blending jug. Using the blending wand attachment, press down into the jug and blend until smooth.
- Spoon into individual meringue nests immediately, or place in the freezer in a covered container until ready. It really is this simple!

Top tips...
- Add more cream if a looser consistency is preferred.
- Natural yoghurt or soy yoghurt can be in place of double cream, you may need to place in the freezer for 30 minutes after blending to allow to set.
- If using the Dualit VortecS Blender, add the cream first and the frozen berries on top, then pulse a few times to distribute the berries, and blend.
- The frozen berries freeze the double cream as its being whipped to produce an instant ice cream.
- Mix and match your frozen fruits for a variety of flavours.
