Hot and Sticky Chicken Wings

These wings are crispy on the outside and succulent within! they're coated in a glaze that's nothing short of addictive.

Hot and Sticky Chicken Wings

Air Fryer Setting: Manual

Temperature: 180°

Cooking Time: 20-30 minutes depending on preferred weight



  • 500-750g trimmed chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp soft brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and Pepper



  1. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients (excluding the chicken) into a paste.
  2. Add the chicken wings into the bowl, use your hands to completely cover the wings in the sauce. Leave to marinate.
  3. Gently place the wings onto the Air Fryer Crisper Plate, saving the remaining marinade.
  4. Set the Air Fryer to 180° and cook for 20 - 30 minutes. Gently shake after 15 minutes.
  5. Every 5 minutes, brush the wings with the remaining marinade.


Top tips: If a charred appearance is preferred, turn the temp up for the last 10 minutes to 200°.
