Espresso Martini

Created in Soho in the 1980s by legendary bartender Dick Bradsell, the Espresso Martini is a pick-me-up you won't forget! We've added our own twist on this popular after dinner cocktail.
Espresso Martini

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Serves: 1

Pick your favourite Dualit coffee capsule to make the espresso shot for this recipe.

Ingredients
  • 10 - 12 ice cubes (to chill ingredients)
  • 1 espresso shot
  • 1 vodka shot
  • 1 sugar syrup shot
  • 2 Baileys shots
  • Coffee beans (to serve)
Method
  1. Place the ice cubes in a cocktail shaker
  2. Make your espresso shot and pour over the ice cubes
  3. Pour the vodka, sugar syrup and Baileys into the cocktail shaker
  4. Put the lid on the cocktail shaker and shake until the mixture is combined
  5. Pour mixture into a martini glass
  6. Top with coffee beans
  7. Enjoy!
