Eggless Banana and Oat Pancakes

These quick and easy pancakes use minimal ingredients but create a tasty breakfast treat. The best bit is they don't contain any flour or eggs!

Eggless Banana and Oat Pancakes

Serves: 4

Cooking Time: 4 minutes


These pancakes are delicious served with honey, blueberries and seeds. For a more indulgent breakfast add dollops of whipped cream or yoghurt.


  1. Place the oats in the Hand Blender Mini Chopper and blend until the oats become a flour-like texture.
  2. Add the milk and banana to the Mini Chopper and blend until you have a batter.
  3. Heat a pan on a medium/high heat and lightly coat the pan with a knob of butter.
  4. Add 3-4 tbsp of the batter to the pan and cook until you see the batter starts to bubble, then flip and cook the other side.
  5. Once the pancake is cooked place it on a warm plate and add your favourite toppings.


Topping Ideas:

  • Honey, blueberries, seeds and cream
  • Honey, banana and blueberries
  • Peanut butter and banana


Top Tip:

  • Use alternative milk and butter to makes these tasty pancakes vegan
