We offer certain spare parts for the majority of our products. In the unlikely event that you need a spare part, you'll find a selection of spares for your product in our support section.

Please expect a delay in deliveries over the Black Friday offer period. With orders placed by 2pm Monday to Thursday or 12pm on Fridays for standard stocked items, the order will be shipped (leave our warehouse) on the same day. Orders placed after these times will be shipped on the next working day. If an order includes a 'made to order' item, the entire order will be shipped when complete; this may take up to 21 working days. Dualit's working days are Monday to Friday.

All Dualit appliances, bought directly from us, come with a hassle-free domestic, one-year guarantee period. If replacement parts are fitted to the product this will not extend the period of the guarantee. The guarantee covers both parts and labour but carriage is not included.

Each toaster is individually tested, and you will even find the name of the assembler who built your toaster on the base plate. Replacing an old friend.

"We bought our first 4 slice Dualit toaster in 1989. We'd replaced the elements once, but the timer was starting to stick and, after 36 years of wonderful service, we thought it was about time we replaced it. Very happy with our new one especially as we can now set it to toast 1, 2, 3 or 4 slices rather than our old one which we could only set at 2 or 4 slices. We also have a Dualit kettle, coffee machine and scales. So, very happy with the brand."

Replacement for 33 year old Dualit

"I chose to upgrade to a new version of the Classic toaster after one of the elements burnt out although they were replaceable I was struggling to get slightly irregularly cut pieces of toast into that machine. This is massively easier with the new toaster which looks very similar but has the ability to choose 1, 2, 3 or 4 slices rather than just 2 or 4. Heated up nice and quickly but there was the expected initial burning smell as the oils evaporated on first use with it empty. The toast quality is slightly inferior in that the parts of the toast of a nearer the burners are much more toasted than those further away like most modern toasters. The old toaster was more even but home made bread occasionally got stuck. Swings and roundabouts but this good British firm has been very good to deal with and always offers a repair service with hopefully a life similar to my old toaster."

"Overall, I am pleased with my purchase. Good Control options, fairly even toasting. On the downside, as the toast does not 'pop up' when cycle completed, my mum, who is 94, and cannot stand over the toaster, sometimes fails to realise that it has finished. Maybe a 'lounder' finished noise could be made. Also, for such a 'large' machine, A large slice of bread (Warbutons) will not fit is sideways and the lenghtways the top sticks out. Smashing if you are using small slices of bread though"
