Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls of frozen berries
  • 6 tbsp yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Goji berries
  • Drizzle of honey
  • Sprinkling of oats

Method

  1. Place the berries, yoghurt and honey into your blender and blend until a smooth consistency is reached.
  2. Pour into a glass and top with the oats. Enjoy!
