rosemary and Thyme Savoury Butter
I use this recipe for my special Sunday Roast Potatoes and it can also be used to cover a leg of lamb.
You can also use chilli flakes, jalepenos, paprika, parmesan, onion....in fact anything you prefer, just chop and blend into the butter and spread onto crusty bread or crackers as an after dinner selection or freeze.
Sweet Butters are another option that can be made in advance and frozen.
