Peel and roughly chop the onion, garlic clove, cut the tomatoes
in half and add to bowl with the chilli flakes, paprika salt &
pepper, olive oil and combine
Gently spoon the mix onto the preheated trivet in the airfryer
and cook.
Halfway through pause and shake.
Remove from the airfryer and allow to cool, then place into the
handblender beaker with the balsamic and tomato puree and blend
until smooth.
