This is also suitable for babies and toddlers 9-12 months old
and upwards, just dilute the smoothie with filtered water before
serving.
Shopping List
- 500ml (17 fl oz) natural yogurt
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled and cut into small rounds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1 large, ripe peach; peeled, halved and stoned
Method
- Place all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until
well-mixed and frothy.
- Serve straight from the blender or, for babies and toddlers,
add up to 500ml (17 fl oz) filtered water and blend again.
Alternatively, freeze, undiluted, in an ice-cube tray.
