Protein Balls
These Protein Balls are a quick and easy snack to make. The best bit is that they're packed with protein!
Serves: Makes: 6-8
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
We used the Dualit Hand Blender to help make this snack.
Ingredients
- 100g Deglet Noor dates
- 50g cashew nuts (finely ground)
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- Desiccated coconut and cocoa powder (to coat)
Method
- Place dates, nuts, maple syrup and peanut butter into the Hand Blender mini chopper and blend.
- Remove from the Hand Blender and roll into balls.
- Coat the balls in cocoa powder or desiccated coconut.
