Prawn Cocktail with Chilli Mayonnaise
Add a spicy twist to this traditional starter with this prawn cocktail and chilli mayonnaise recipe!

With chilli flakes and a spicy tomato ketchup, we love this modern take on a 70s favourite. We've made this with our 700W Hand Blender.
Ingredients
- 200g Full Fat Mayonnaise (find our quick, tasty and preservative free recipe on the Dualit blog)
- 200g - 300g Tiger Prawns (approx. 8 medium to large sized prawns)
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tbsp Chilli Tomato Ketchup (or try adding our home made tomato relish)
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1 drop Tabasco Sauce
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 50g Salted Butter
- 1 Large Ripe Avocado (diced)
- 1 Bag Rocket Leaves
- 1 Iceberg lettuce
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Juice of 1 Lime
- Salt & Pepper
