Use the rosemary and Parmesan wafers to make delesious Parma ham canapés.
a few slices of Parma ham, cut to make three canapés from each slice
some mascarpone mixed with finely chopped/sliced basil
tiny sprigs of flat leaf parsley, tiny basil leaves, or chervil
salt and pepper
a pretty serving plate
Spread each wafer with the mascarpone. Season well with salt and pepper.
Lay a curled ruffle of ham over the top.
Garnish with parsley, basil or chervil.
