Dualit Product Recipe:

One Dish Breakfast

Serves 2 Prep Time 5 mins Cooking Time 20 mins

The joy of this method is that there is minimal washing up – just a piece of silicone mat (if you have some) and a dish to rinse, and it looks after itself while you make the coffee and set the table.

2 large tomatoes cut into halves
4 open cup or grilling mushrooms
2 – 4 rashers lean bacon

Preheat the oven to 230°C, set to Bake, rack position B.

Line the oven tray with a silicone mat or baking parchment. Place the tomatoes (cut side up) and mushrooms (open side up) in the dish.

Spread out the bacon rashers on top, leaving a gap between each one. Put in the oven and cook for 15 – 20 minutes, or until the bacon is ready.
