Dualit Product Recipe:

Monica's Papaya Smoothie

Portions: 2 Prep time: 2 minutes Blend time: 3 minutes

Shopping List

  • 200g ripe papaya (or any soft fruit)
  • 150g Greek yoghurt
  • 200ml milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Pinch of ginger powder
  • Lime juice


  • Scrape out the seeds of the papaya and blitz using the Dualit Hand Blender
  • Add Greek yoghurt, milk, honey and ginger
  • Blend until it has a smooth consistency
  • Add a drop of lime juice
  • Serve with a pinch of ginger and a light grating of lime zest
