Scrape the passion fruit seeds into the blender jug, add some of the orange juice, and pulse briefly to remove the juicy flesh
from the black seeds. Don’t pulse so hard that you break the seeds.
Rub the contents of the jug into a bowl through a stainless steel mesh sieve with the back of a spoon or ladle, then discard the seeds so you are left with pure passion fruit juice.
