Mango and Coconut Smoothie
The beauty of a smoothie is the ease and speed at which it is made.

If the mango is not soft and ripe, strain the smoothie through a large-meshed sieve into a jug to make it ultra-smooth.
Shopping List
- 100 ml (3 fl oz) coconut milk
- 100 ml (3 fl oz) semi-skimmed milk
- 2 small scoops mango or vanilla ice-cream
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and sliced
Method
Place all the ingredients in the blender and blitz until creamy. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
