Kiwi and Lemonade Spritzer

A light and refreshing spritzer with a hint of fresh kiwi for a fruity take on a fizzy favourite. We'd recommend serving this chilled with an ice cube or two immediately after making for the best results!
Ingredients
- 4 Kiwis (peeled and cut in half)
- 6 Ice Cubes
- 1 Litre Bottle of Cloudy Lemonade
Kiwi and Lemonade Spritzer
1. Peel and halve the kiwis and place in the large handblender jug attachment for the Dualit 700W Hand Blender, alongside the ice cubes.
2. Pour in 600ml of the cloudy lemonade and, using the blender shaft, blend until smooth.
3. Pour the blended mix into two hi-ball glasses and use the remaining lemonade to top up the fizz.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
