Ingredients

• 1 red onion
• 2 garlic cloves
• 2-3 Sweet pointed red peppers
• 8 Habenero peppers (these are small)
• 1 green capsicum pepper (bell)
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp Olive oil
• 2 tbsp red wine vinegar or rice wine vinegar
• 200g chopped tomatoes and juice
• 2 tsp smoked paprika
• Small bunch of chopped parsley to garnish
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Juice of 1 Lime
• 100ml water - optional
