Easy Hollandaise Sauce

A Hollandaise Sauce made in the Stand Blender and Handblender
4 Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Hollandaise Sauce (no cook)

Ingredients

  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • 150g Melted Hot Butter.
  • 6~8 Tarragon Leaves
  • 1 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Warm Water
  • juice of quarter Lemon
  • Salt and Pepper
