Have this instead of breakfast if you are in a hurry, or serve it in long glass at a brunch. The proportions do not really matter - adjust to your own taste.
160ml (6 fl oz) fresh orange juice
1 or 2 ripe bananas
1 organic free-range egg or
140ml (1/4 pint) set yogurt
freshly grated nutmeg
Place all ingredients except the nutmeg in the blender, whizz until frothy. Pour into tall glasses. Grate the nutmeg over the top of the foam.
