Make a creamy salmon pate with this easy to follow recipe. It
tastes great with fresh bread or crackers. This can be made in
minutes using the Dualit Hand
- 1 spring onion
- 1/2 squeezed lime
- Handful of baby spinach
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/4 red chilli
- 2 tsp sugar or honey
- 1 tbsp creme fraiche or cream
- Cooked smoked salmon
- Finely chop the spring onion, chilli and garlic in the Hand Blender chopper bowl.
- Add the sugar/honey, lime and baby spinach.
- Gently blend in the salmon and creme fraiche/cream.
Tip: For a salmon mouse blend the mixture until it is a smooth
