With the autumnal weather creeping in, we can't help but think of delicious, warming foods to improve the cold evenings. Bonfire night is just around the corner, so Dualit has come up with a selection of our favourite recipes perfect if you're hosting or wanting something easy yet impressive to bring along to a chilly night of fireworks.

1. Roasted Chestnuts
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Method: Preheat your oven to 200c, cut a cross into the skin of each chestnut, put in a roasting tray and bake until the skin opens and the insides are tender.

Method: Lay chocolate digestive biscuits chocolate side up on a lined baking tray. Top each biscuit with a marshmallow and sandwich with another biscuit. Place under the grill until the marshmallow begins to melt and colour.
Prep Time: 1 minute
Cooking Time: 1-3 minutes
Method: Put the popcorn kernels in a lidded, microwaveable pot and cover with the lid. Microwave on high until the popping stops, then remove and sprinkle over your toppings. Some of our favourite toppings are melted peanut butter, salt, and maple syrup.
