1. Roasted Chestnuts
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Method: Preheat your oven to 200c, cut a cross into the skin of
each chestnut, put in a roasting tray and bake until the skin opens
and the insides are tender.
2. S'mores
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Method: Lay chocolate digestive biscuits chocolate side up on a
lined baking tray. Top each biscuit with a marshmallow and sandwich
with another biscuit. Place under the grill until the marshmallow
begins to melt and colour.
3. Popcorn
Prep Time: 1 minute
Cooking Time: 1-3 minutes
Method: Put the popcorn kernels in a lidded, microwaveable pot and
cover with the lid. Microwave on high until the popping stops, then
remove and sprinkle over your toppings. Some of our favourite
toppings are melted peanut butter, salt, and maple syrup.
