If you don't like eating vegetables, then try drinking them! This juice contains six vegetables and three fruits in a delicious glass of goodness.

Ingredients

  • ¼ pineapple (no need to peel but scrub well)
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 small raw unpeeled beetroot
  • 1 red pepper
  • Small chunk of red cabbage
  • 1 broccoli stem
  • ½ courgette (skin on)
  • ¼ unwaxed lemon (skin on)
  • Small chunk of ginger

Method

1. Feed all the ingredients into your juicer and juice.

2. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
