Both Silver and Grand espresso use 100% Arabica beans, but in addition to beans from Brasil, Colombia, and Guatemala, Silver also comprises Arabica beans from Ethiopia. This gives the blend its own unique character: a richer, fuller flavour and soft, velvety 'crema' head.
