We offer certain spare parts for the majority of our products. In the unlikely event that you need a spare part, you'll find a selection of spares for your product in our support section.

Please expect a delay in deliveries over the Black Friday offer period. With orders placed by 2pm Monday to Thursday or 12pm on Fridays for standard stocked items, the order will be shipped (leave our warehouse) on the same day. Orders placed after these times will be shipped on the next working day. If an order includes a 'made to order' item, the entire order will be shipped when complete; this may take up to 21 working days. Dualit's working days are Monday to Friday.

All Dualit appliances, bought directly from us, come with a hassle-free domestic, one-year guarantee period. If replacement parts are fitted to the product this will not extend the period of the guarantee. The guarantee covers both parts and labour but carriage is not included.

Extra Wide Slots

Each extra wide slot measures 36mm so you can toast thicker slices of bread, make toasted sandwiches, toast muffins and teacakes. The optional extra sandwich cage allows you to make delicious toasties.

Patented Peek & Pop®

Make burnt toast a thing of the past! Lift the bread with the eject lever to check how toasted it is and then drop it back down, without interrupting the toasting cycle and giving a greater browning control.

Perfect Toast Technology

Dualit's Perfect Toast Technology calculates the temperature of the toaster and its surroundings, adjusting the cycle to make sure your toast is just how you like it, every time!

"Have had the Lite kettle for many years so on renewing that we decided to go for the 4 slice toaster. We are not happy with it. The toast barely does on one side but is fine on the other in 2 of the toast holes and in the other 2 we’ve thrown toast away as it came out burnt on 1 side and hardly done on the other. We sent it back to be told performance was normal! It then burnt more toast on 1 side so has gone back again. What I will say is that the frontline staff are being very helpful in dealing with this problem. I’m hoping this problem can be corrected so I can give the same rating as the kettle."

"I have one in cream and recently bought this sage one for my daughter who nearly "borrowed " mine! She 's bought the matching sage jug kettle. I still have my 6 place Dualit toaster from 35 years ago. Going strong when needed. Simply replace the elements as and when I wouldn't consider any other toaster brand. Absolutely brilliant.
