Step 1 of 5: You will need; strawberries, chilled skimmed milk, meringue shells, icing sugar, vanilla pods and mint.
Step 2 of 5: Loosely chop half of the strawberries in the small bowl fitted with its chopping blade.
Step 3 of 5: Whip together the skimmed milk, vanilla and icing sugar in the large bowl fitted with the Edisc.
Step 4 of 5: Remove the Edisc and loosely fold in the crushed meringue and chopped strawberries.
Step 5 of 5: Place the remaining strawberries in the cup and spoon the mixture on top. Decorate and serve immediately.
