"We have a 20 year old toaster, and one of the elements had gone. Instead of having to replace it, we bought the replacement elements and my son fitted them in less than half an hour. It now works perfectly and hopefully will last another 20 years! Although only one had failed, we were advised to replace the elements on both sides by the customer services advisor to ensure it was even on both sides, which was a good tip."

"POP! FLASH! And the toaster stops working. After 25 faithful years. Then I remembered that when I bought it there was something in the instructions that mentioned spare parts could be obtained. So I checked online and sure enough, pretty much every part is replaceable. Ordering was simple, and surprisingly affordable. Fitting was easy with the supplied instructions and free spanner, and the toaster was fully operational in less than 10 minutes. Fantastic service from Dualit."
