"This kit saved me buying a new toaster. It’s the second set of elements in 20 years of ownership & boy, does this toaster get well used. Great service, great product all round."

Three elements replaced
"I replaced all three elements on my two slot toaster although only the middle one had failed. It is such a fiddly task that you do not want to repeat it if you can avoid it. The need for an uncommon sized spanner (6. 5mm) meant I used needle-nose pliers instead which worked ok but not first prize. Amazon do have a spanner of 6. 5mm but reviews say quality is bad and prone to bending? It would be nice if Dualit had a decent quality one to order. The elements work well but as already said fiddly to install."

"It is great that Dualit provide such a good spares and replacement service. This was a straight forward repair to my classic toaster. A little fiddly in places, and Imperial rather than metric sizes on nuts etc. , but easily manageable."
