We offer certain spare parts for the majority of our products. In the unlikely event that you need a spare part, you'll find a selection of spares for your product in our support section.

Please expect a delay in deliveries over the Black Friday offer period. With orders placed by 2pm Monday to Thursday or 12pm on Fridays for standard stocked items, the order will be shipped (leave our warehouse) on the same day. Orders placed after these times will be shipped on the next working day. If an order includes a 'made to order' item, the entire order will be shipped when complete; this may take up to 21 working days. Dualit's working days are Monday to Friday.

All Dualit appliances, bought directly from us, come with a hassle-free domestic, one-year guarantee period. If replacement parts are fitted to the product this will not extend the period of the guarantee. The guarantee covers both parts and labour but carriage is not included.

Extra Wide Slots

Each extra wide slot measures 36mm so you can toast thicker slices of bread, make toasted sandwiches, toast muffins and teacakes. The optional extra sandwich cage allows you to make delicious toasties.

Perfect Toast Technology

Dualit's Perfect Toast Technology calculates the temperature of the toaster and its surroundings, adjusting the cycle to make sure your toast is just how you like it, every time!

Patented Peek & Pop®

Make burnt toast a thing of the past! Lift the bread with the eject lever to check how toasted it is and then drop it back down, without interrupting the toasting cycle and giving a greater browning control.

Toaster is cheaply made inside

"Disappointed as we spent time and extra money on a supposedly a long lasting toaster. More expensive, and looks solid but turns out this one lasted the same or less than previous models and when opened up to find the problem there was a really cheap looking catch which had broken and no possibility to replace. Looks good and solid but not!"

"Excellent toaster as a replacement for our 28 year-old dualit. Takes large and thick slices, the bagel setting works well and very stylish looking. However, the frozen slice setting tends to burn the bread so in that respect is useless."
